Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Postage & Packing & Shipping: At Dove Spa we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours although at peak times this can take up to seven working days. You are able to select the method of shipping however as a minimum standard we will send packages by the methods
1) Product Orders under £25 and all Gift Vouchers are sent by Royal Mail first class post
2) Product Orders over £25 are sent out by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery
3) Product Orders over £75 are sent by Royal Mail special delivery
Please note for recorded or special delivery a signature is required.
Royal Mail's service level states that first class post should arrive the day after posting however we are unable to make promises on when your order will be delivered.
For items sent by first class recorded delivery or Special delivery we will send your the details of the Royal Mail tracking number with our confirmation of dispatch

Back Orders If one of your items is not in stock, we will hold delivery until we can complete your order.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included in the price.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
